I started to have an interest in cooking from an early age.
I would watch my mother create dishes without a recipe and always wondered how.
Time came when she would ask me to help out with the preparations.

Knowing there would be a time where I would want to do these dishes for myself, I started to write them down. Using the old fashioned pen and paper.

Then there was the introduction of computers and the internet.
This is where this page now comes in – spending time transcribing those recipes to this site.

Most of the recipes aren’t my originals, and unfortunately I don’t have references for many of them.

Due to dietry restriction of those in my circle, most recipes won’t have chilli, peas, or celery. But if you feel the need to add these in, feel free. The world is full of choices.

Each recipe will just dive straight into the ingredients and then the instructions.
You won’t find all the fluff about how delicious they are or how I came about the recipe.
They wouldn’t be here is I didn’t think they were nice, and how I came about them would just be boring.
